Bogdan Merfea – General Manager
Based on his vast activity in the fields of academic education, consultancy and banking, Mr. Merfea gained relevant experience in management. By approaching an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit during his entire career, Mr Merfea successfully faced different challenges, achieving important performance in this area over the 10 years of activity in banking.
Within the period 2001-2005, he managed the Brasov branch of Raiffeisen Bank, and as of April 2005, he was appointed to manage the development of the retail network of Raiffeisen Bank in Romania, and in 2008 he became the manager of the Raiffeisen subsidiary in Kosovo.
After coordinating the activity of Raiffeisen in Kosovo, he is now responsible for a new challenge: he was appointed General Manager of Patria Credit, aiming to extend the microfinance activity in the geographic exclusion areas over the Romanian territory.
Diana Kallos – Deputy General Manager
With over 10 years of experience in financial services, in July 2010 Ms. Kallos Diana assumed the position of Deputy General Manager - Patria Credit IFN SA being responsible for coordinating the activity of entities within the Organization Operations Area: Accounting & Reporting Department, Loan Administration Department, Program Management Office Department, IT Department, Operations & Special Projects Department.
Ms. Diana Kallos faced the challenge of being part of a dynamic team coordinating financial management activities of the company and actively participating in the decision making process concerning the strategy of our institution and the development and its activities.
She graduated the Babes Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca and ASEBUSS Bucharest - Kennesaw State University, Atlanta Executive MBA and her relevant experience in similar positions: Reporting and Budgeting Manager - GE Money Romania (September 2006 - November 2007), CFO at Estima Finance (May 2004 - September 2006), CFO at Industrial Access SA (June 2009 - June 2010) confirm her important role in developing and implementing the strategy of Patria Credit.

Horia D. Manda
Mr. Manda has over 12 years of investment experience in South-Eastern Europe, being actively involved in the management of investments made ??by RAEF and BAF. His experience in the field of financial services includes the coordination or participation in the Board of Directors of financial institutions (Banca Romaneasca, Motoractive, Domenia Loan, Ralfi, Certinvest, Intercapital Invest) as well as the establishment and development of the latter.
Hans van Griethuysen
Mr. Van Griethuysen has an extensive experience in banking, developed through the coordination of the management teams of banks in emerging markets (Bulgaria, Croatia, Indonesia) or developed countries (France, Netherlands).
Neculai C. Sandu
Mr. Sandu has over 10 years of experience in the field of investment funds, being actively involved in identifying new business opportunities as well as in structuring transactions and business sales.
Daniela Iliescu
Ms. Iliescu has a vast professional experience in the financial services industry, having worked for 7 years in audit and consulting services at PricewaterHouse Coopers Romania and for over 3 years as a member of the investment management team of the funds RAEF and BAF.
Daniela Toader
Ms. Toader has a vast professional experience in the field of finance - accounting, analysis, budgeting and reporting, as a result of her previous jobs in auditing companies (PricewaterHouse Coopers Romania and Mazare) and recently as CFO of BAF.
